It is important to us that you receive your items as quickly as possible, which is why we will ship your items within 24hrs of purchase. All items are shipped via Australia Post, we do not operate on weekends and public holidays so any orders made during that period will be processed on the next working day.

All products come with 3 months manufacturing warranty. Send us an e-mail before you return your products, we will take care of shipping cost (standard Australia Post) to you but no credit on returning the product. If products doesn't meet manufacturing default then unfortunately we will have to return your product.
We will do our best to deliver premium customer service. We want you to be happy with your purchase from Vape Trail. If you don't feel satisfied with our product or perhaps you changed your mind, we will allow exchange or refund your money if you give us notice within 30 days from the date of delivery and ensure the products are in saleable condition. Just send us an e-mail and we will give you an address to ship it to. We will take care of shipping cost (standard Australia Post) to you but no credit on returning the product.
Any damage to the product will allow Vape Trail to withhold the amount of the purchase in full. All items will not be used or be tainted from it's original packaging in order for a refund.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days to complete your return. All exchanges of product is subject to availability.
